Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how First Brain IQ handles your data. First Brain IQ is a product of Studio Ageless, LLC. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Studio Ageless, LLC. "You" means the person using the service.

We built First Brain IQ to hold your brand, voice, and thinking in one place. That means we take your privacy seriously. This policy tells you what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.

1. What we collect

We collect three kinds of information:

  • Account information. Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
  • Your Brain content. Everything you put into your Brain. Your answers, uploads, assessments, and the content the service generates for you.
  • Payment information. When you subscribe, our payment provider Stripe collects your payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage data. Basic technical data like your browser type and the pages you visit, so we can keep the service working and improve it.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Run the service and build your Brain.
  • Process your subscription and payments.
  • Send you account, billing, and support messages.
  • Keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your Brain content with other users. We do not use your content to train any AI model.

3. Who we share data with

We use a small set of trusted providers to run First Brain IQ. They only handle your data to provide their part of the service.

  • Supabase stores your data and runs our login system. It runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States, is SOC 2 compliant, and encrypts data at rest.
  • Vercel hosts and runs the application. It is also SOC 2 compliant.
  • Anthropic provides the Claude AI model that generates your content, and it is the only AI model we use. Your content is processed to give you results. Anthropic does not use it to train its models, and we do not create embeddings or vector databases from your content.
  • Stripe processes your payments securely.
  • GoHighLevel manages our email and customer communication.

Only Anthropic, Supabase, and Vercel process the content inside your Brain. Stripe and GoHighLevel handle payment and account communication, not your Brain content.

We may also share data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

4. You own your data

Your Brain content is yours. You can export your full Brain at any time, including your content and the structure around it: how items are organized, the relationships between them, your prompts, and the configuration that makes your Brain work. You leave with a usable, organized copy, and you never need our permission to take your work with you.

5. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in the United States through Supabase, which runs on Amazon Web Services. If you use the service from outside the United States, your data is processed in the United States.

6. Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete it, we remove it from the live system right away. Deleted content ages out of our encrypted disaster-recovery backups within 30 days, after which it is no longer retained. We keep no separate archives, and our logs are for errors and system health, not for storing your content. We may keep limited records the law requires, such as billing records.

To export or delete your data, email us at info@crowne.ai. We are also building self-serve export and delete tools inside the app.

7. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, database-level isolation so one account can never see another's information, and protection against known-compromised passwords at sign-up and sign-in. Access to the powerful service keys stays on our servers and never reaches the browser. No system is perfect, but we work hard to keep your data safe.

If we ever discover a security incident that affects your content, we will notify you without undue delay, and within 72 hours of confirming it, with what we know about its scope, cause, and the steps we are taking.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the GDPR or the CCPA. We honor those rights for everyone. To make a request, email info@crowne.ai.

9. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how the service is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

10. Children

First Brain IQ is for adults. It is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service grows. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top and let you know if the change is significant.
